I tried using crowd render on newest Blender 2.8 stable release and cant seem to log in or render any still (Blender crashes). Any tips what could be the issue?

Firstly Great software I was able to set up a farm in no time. BUT first test and can't seem get the expected results... https://imgur.com/a/Dtetgd9 I tested both Eevee and Cycles. I used the pack function so everything is one file. Didn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks
