Help "Resend Verification Email"

When i click on "Resend Verification Email" i don't get a email, i try this with 4 email accounts and i got no Verification Email, I am waiting for the email 5 hour i think, because I must be Verificate to download the addon.

PLS help

I've been trying to UNSUBSCRIBE now for 9 attempts but I'm still getting newsletter. Could you please take me off the list. I at this point I will not be using your services.

Oh dear.... sorry about this. Just to confirm, I can definitely do this manually (seems for you the automatic unsubscribe isn't working), I just need to know what e-mail address you use for the cloud account as this is the address we send to. There is a separate login for the forum due to this being a legacy site we're trying to get rid of and move to a new platform.
